Trying So Hard Not To Give Up...again

I didn’t work out today…ugh I’m terrible.

Breakfast: F Factor fiber bar, 2 tbsp organic peanut butter, one banana, and one cup vanilla almond milk

Lunch: Salad, roasted asparagus, cauliflower, green beans, mushrooms, and asian veggie patty.

Dinner: Griller patty, salad, and a couple of more roasted cauliflower, green beans, and asparagus.

Food Check in 5/24/12

Breakfast: One Banana, seven dried apple rings, one cup dark chocolate almond milk, a slice and a half of challah bread. Could have done better for breakfast but oh well.

Lunch: One fried egg, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, vegan turkey meat, with seven strawberries as desert.

Dinner:  Quorn chick patty, lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, and cranberries.

Desert: Weight Watchers fudge pop
